Refunds

Payments for successfully completed purchases are non-refundable. This policy does not limit any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

If a payment was debited but the purchased service has not been activated, contact us with your payment date and transaction reference so we can check the payment and help resolve the activation issue.

Cancellations and renewals

Paid access is provided for one year from activation. Bitra does not provide automatically renewing subscriptions, and no recurring payment is scheduled. After the access period ends, you may renew by choosing to make a new payment manually.

Because there is no automatic renewal, you do not need to cancel a subscription to prevent a future recurring charge. Your paid access remains available for its purchased period.
