1. The service

Bitra provides tools to create, manage, host, and share digital business cards and related contact information. Features may change as we improve the service.

2. Your account and content

Keep your account information accurate and protect your sign-in credentials. You are responsible for the information you add to your card and must have the rights and permissions needed to share it. You allow Bitra to host and display that information only as needed to provide the service and the sharing features you use.

3. Payments and access period

Any applicable price and purchase details will be shown before you complete payment. A successful paid purchase provides one year of access to the purchased paid service, starting when that service is activated for your account.

Bitra does not offer an automatically renewing subscription. When your access period ends, you must choose to renew and complete a new payment yourself. Bitra will not automatically charge you for renewal.

4. Cancellations and refunds

Payments for completed purchases are non-refundable. Since paid access is purchased for a fixed one-year period and does not renew automatically, there is no recurring subscription to cancel. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for payment-support information.
